Data Processing

By using HireAI, you consent to your resume data being processed by artificial intelligence to enhance its content, structure, and presentation.

No Data Storage

HireAI and InnMotion Pty Ltd do not store, retain, log, or share any uploaded or pasted resume data. All processing is performed in real-time via a secure API. Your data is discarded immediately after your download is generated.

Your Responsibility

You confirm that you have the right to submit the resume data provided, and that the content does not infringe on any third party's rights. If submitting on behalf of a candidate (recruiter mode), you confirm you have their consent.

AI-Generated Content

The enhanced resume content is generated by AI and may require review. HireAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-enhanced content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

Payment & Refunds

Candidate Living Resume downloads are a one-time $10 AUD payment. Recruiter Pro subscriptions are $50 AUD per month for 50 resume enhancements. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
